Job Description:
We’re excited to announce that we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team, working within our Impact Realization Team on a transformative client project.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager at Rasi Consulting, you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning projects objectives with our client’s broader vision to drive realistic impact in various projects and programs. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of complex projects within complex sectors.
- Comprehensive Project Leadership: Lead and oversee entire projects lifecycles, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Role Activation: Collaborate closely with internal teams and most importantly with external partners to ensure project goals are met in timely manner.
- Scope Definition: Work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Team Leadership: Lead project teams, assign responsibilities, and promote cohesive teamwork.
- Risk Management: Identify and proactively address project risks, ensuring smooth progress.
- Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: follow robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks, utilizing data to track project progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Policy, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Environmental Expert with a focus on waste management and public policy.
- In-depth knowledge of waste management practices, recycling, resource recovery, and sustainable waste solutions.
- Strong understanding of public policy development and implementation processes.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and advocacy abilities.
- Experience in collaborating with government agencies, NGOs, and industry stakeholders.
- Understanding Saudi Arabia’s different sectors, stakeholders and eco-systems is a bonus.
