Job Description:
As a Talent Management Specialist you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and nurturing top talent to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to source, assess, and hire top-tier candidates.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating job postings to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Building and maintaining a strong employer brand to attract diverse talent.
- Leveraging various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Conducting candidate interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Providing an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Developing and implementing talent retention strategies to engage and retain top performers.
- Collaborating with HR to design and deliver training and development programs.
- Monitoring and reporting on key talent metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management and acquisition.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of HR and talent management principles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and employees alike.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and processes
- Innovative thinker with a passion for talent acquisition and management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
